Amidst the environmental challenges our world faces, Lakshmipraba stands out as an exceptional individual, driven by a vision to create a better future. She is an Environment Sustainability Coach, TEDx Speaker, Advisory consultant, Heal your Life®Licensed workshop leader based on Louise Hay philosophy and Author of 3 books, founder of the “Rent A Cutlery” initiative, and the Founder & Director of a Startup Prithvimitra . Through her groundbreaking work, Lakshmipraba is an instrument of change saving thousands of single-use items from harming our planet, inspiring others to join the movement, and guiding individuals and businesses toward a greener future.

Lakshmi’s journey began in 2014 when she felt a calling to share a greater message with the world. While working as a volunteer with a citizen movement committed to waste management and other civic issues in her city, she witnessed the overwhelming amount of waste generated by single-use disposables in her community and the surrounding areas. Driven by her desire to be part of the solution, Lakshmi made a bold decision – To volunteer in Solid waste management for pursuing her newfound purpose.

Motivated by the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi, who advocated for being the change we wish to see, Lakshmi embarked on a personal transformation. This period marked the blossoming of her inner changemaker, leading her to establish “Rent A Cutlery” initiative in collaboration with her friend saving over 300,000 single-use items from ending up in landfills or being incinerated. Rent A Cutlery's inspiring work has not only motivated others to start their own cutlery banks but has also showcased the power of individuals action in solving societal problems.

By serving as a partner director of another start-up manufacturing natural citrus peel Bio-Enzymes for 3.5 years, Lakshmi had created awareness of toxin free natural living with natural alternatives and has trained transgender community and Orphanage and organisation supporting intellectually challenged people on bulk production of Citrus peel bio enzyme natural cleaners enabling livelihood impact and sustainable lifestyle changes. Lakshmi firmly believes in grassroots-level penetration, particularly among children, as the key to creating a lasting impact. To this end, she authored the book “Suju Learns to be a Green Warrior,” which educates children about waste segregation and reduction in a fun and informative manner. Her passion for empowering young minds extends beyond her writing. She aspires to collaborate with schools and foster a sense of responsibility towards the environment from an early age. Additionally, she aims to enable small businesses to become changemakers by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge. Lakshmi’s story is one of transformation, commitment, resilience, and relentless dedication to creating a better world. She exemplifies the power of one individual to effect change and proves that a sustainable future is within our reach.
